The news comes less than a week after the statements published by the Speed Gaming players EternaLEnVy and Aui_2000 regarding their ex-manager Marco 'Thyton' Fernandez which detailed a number of difficult situations they have had to deal with over the past few months regarding Marco's poor ability to look after the team.
It was Kurtis 'Aui_2000' Ling who took to Twitter tonight to reveal the fact that Marco has now taken things to new a low by filing disputes with Paypal in an attempt to take back the player's first month worth of salary payments.
LOL Mark just tried to dispute my first month of salary. Are you fucking serious

Later in the day Aui also confirmed on Reddit that Marco had done the same for each of the players on the team with the exception of EternaLEnVy who hasn't actually even been paid in the first place.
As of this moment in time no evidence for the dispute has been submitted by Marco although the players are not getting their hopes up due to the nature of how volatile Paypal is when dealing with these type of situations.
Marco 'Thyton' Fernandez who sometimes goes under the name Marco Pachacopa is also the CEO of the Netolic organisation which is currently running an ongoing Dota 2 league that has had its own batch of recent controversy over their use of a caster who publicly made homophobic comments along with Hitler, Jew and rape jokes on their primary Twitch.tv stream during the casting of this week's games.
The recent happenings on both fronts should serve as a warning for any team considering to take part in tournaments, dealings or other ventures under the flagship of Marco.
Editor's Update: onGamers has also learnt from EternaLEnVy that Marco has yet to forward on the tournament winnings from the Electronic Sports Prime Dota 2 Cup that ran in October in which SpeedGaming.int won first place netting themselves $1,500.
@Cyborgmatt He still owes us 1.5k for ESP too. Honestly even if Netolic hasn't been given the chance to pay. Its really Mark running it
