This morning, GT Interactive announced that Animorphs: Know the Secret is currently in development, and the game will be shipping for the PC this summer. The game is based on the popular Nickelodeon TV show and book series by K.A. Applegate and is being developed by Scholastic Entertainment as a 3D action-adventure game that lets players take control of all four of the show's main characters. The game uses proprietary technology to animate the show's signature morphing effect that transforms players into one of 16 different animals.
Animorphs: Know the Secret for the PC will ship this August. A PlayStation version titled Animorphs: Shattered Reality is also scheduled for a simultaneous release as well. The screenshots we've included are from the PC game.
