Now, to solve the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Legend of Soaring Spear riddle, you'll want to take a look at your surroundings. At the very end of the Tobio's Hollow Cave tunnels, you'll see a ring suspended on the opposite side of the chamber. There's also a pedestal that you can stand on. However, on the ground, you should see several Zonai Spears strewn about. You can make use of these so you don't waste your actual weapons.

Stand on the pedestal.Open your inventory and select a Keese Wing. Drop it next to you.Select any Zonai Spear that you've just picked up and equip it.Activate Fuse, and combine the Zonai Spear with a Keese Wing.Aim at the ring and throw your Zonai Spear through the center.Legend of Soaring Spear solution
Thanks to the Keese Wing attachment, the weapon will fly further through the air, piercing the ring, and causing the Shrine to materialize. Inside is a Rauru's Blessing domain, where you'll find a Large Zonai Charge.
