Near the summit, you'll meet an NPC by the name of Nazbi. He tells you about a riddle regarding a spring and some light rings.
High Spring and the Light Rings quest start location
Skim across snow, from spring high in the heavens to the mountain below. Pass through the rings of light to see the Light of Blessing.
The spring refers to where you are now, the Spring of Wisdom. However, to reach the high heavens, you'll want to tag and launch yourself off the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower. While in mid-air, look slightly to the southeast and you should see a key-shaped floating island. Upon landing, you'll be able to start a time trial. An autosave will trigger, so just reload it in case of failures (you don't really want to go back up each time).
For the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom High Spring and the Light Rings trial, you'll need to pass through the green rings from the starting point, all the way down to the mountain pass below. Since you need to be quick here, we suggest doing the Shield Surf: while in mid-air, hold the ZL button, then press A.

From there, you can find various tools, such as Spiked Balls and Flame Emitters. We advise using Ultrahand to pick up the Flame Emitter so you can torch the Construct enemies. The unceasing jet of fire will prevent them from attacking you. Once you've defeated the foes up top, just clean up the rest below.
Zakusu Shrine
