In a recent Famitsu report, Nintendo Company Limited's Shigeru Miyamoto confirmed that a Zelda game could be developed for the Dolphin in less than two years. He acknowledged that Zelda's transition from 2D on the Super NES to 3D on the N64 was much tougher than the current transition to a next-generation console. If development on Zelda for the Dolphin is already under way, it is conceivable that the game could be released on Nintendo's upcoming console in late 2001. Further details may be forthcoming at the Space World show on August 25.
