New York-based mobile games developer Elkware today announced that it has secured a license from Twentieth Century Fox to create games based on The X-Files. No specific game titles, mobile platforms, or release dates have been announced at this time.

"Through our relationship with Twentieth Century Fox, we plan to bring this beloved franchise to life through mobile games that are faithful to the spirit of the show."
