Add THQ and Crave Entertainment to the list of publishers participating in Microsoft's Xbox Originals program. The former publisher's Destroy All Humans and the latter's Intellivision Lives have been added to the Xbox Originals section of Xbox.com and will be available on Monday, September 15, for 1,200 Microsoft points ($15) each.
Originally released in 2005, Destroy All Humans puts players in the role of alien invader Crypto, whose mission is clearly spelled out in the game's title. The game was developed by Pandemic Studios, and retains much of the sandbox destruction approach that the outfit has taken with its Mercenaries franchise.
For gamers who like their retro games a little more retro, Intellivision Lives collects more than 60 original games for the vintage console. The system's featured approximations of football, baseball, hockey, and other sports are joined by a genre-crossing assortment of titles, from Checkers to B-17 Bomber and Night Stalker.
