Kingdom Come: Deliverance, the upcoming magic-free role-playing game from Mafia creator Daniel Vavra and Warhorse Studios, is coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Writing on the game's Kickstarter page, the studio said it never doubted its technical ability to pull off a console version of the game, but unlike PC, all Xbox One and PS4 games require approval from platform-holders.

　　After meeting with publishing teams for Microsoft and Sony, Warhorse Studios now has that approval. The platform-holders even provided the company development kits so the Czech Republic-based company could hit the ground running.

　　Warhorse Studios also has announced that it plans to self-publish Kingdom Come: Deliverance on Xbox One and PS4. Regarding a physical version of the game, the studio said, "We shall see about the physical/retail publishing. We maybe able to do it ourselves, or we may make a deal with another company to do it. This remains to be seen."

　　People who have backed the Kingdom Come: Deliverance Kickstarter campaign will receive a digital copy of the game for the platform of their choosing: PC, Xbox One, or PS4. The alpha and beta versions of the game are confirmed only for Windows, Linux, and Mac right now, though the company is currently speaking with Microsoft and Sony about console support.

　　Finally, Warhorse Studios said if funding reaches £1,000,000 then the company will add dogs to Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Currently, funding stands at £870,831 with 54 hours to go.

　　"We thought about it a lot and we all agreed that we would love to have dog in the game as a companion. Best friend who will follow you everywhere, help you in combat, warn you from danger when you sleep, or go hunting with you," Warhorse said. "If we reach this goal, there will be dogs in the game and you will be able to own one. There will also most likely be dog-related quests."

　　The Kingdom Come: Deliverance beta is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2015, with a full release scheduled for a few months later in Q4 2015. The game, which features no multiplayer, stands out from the pack in that it is a medieval role-playing game with no magic.
