Mythic Entertainment has launched a new official Web site for its forthcoming massively multiplayer online role-playing game Imperator. The game is set on a far-future Earth, where the Roman Empire never fell. Unlike in Mythic's previous MMORPG, Dark Age of Camelot, Imperator will focus on more-traditional player-versus-environment combat. No actual in-game screenshots or footage has been released yet, but visitors to the Web site can check out concept art, which is alongside developer diaries and other game info. Imperator is scheduled for release at the end of 2005.
