Xbox One achievements can be color-coded for each user to help clarify which player unlocked the reward while multiple gamers are logged in, Microsoft has confirmed.
In a new Powerstar Golf Twitch video demonstration (via Kotaku), a green-blue achievement is unlocked at the 11:19 mark. This varies from the previously revealed dark green color shown in another video from last week.
Writing on Twitter, Microsoft corporate vice president Aaron Greenberg said Xbox One achievements will be available in a player's "chosen color." The Xbox One will allow up to six people to log into the system locally at any given time. It is not clear how many achievement color variants will be offered.
Currently on Xbox 360, when multiple users are logged in and an achievement is unlocked, this is designated by one quadrant of the logo lighting up.
The Xbox One launches in 13 territories on November 22.
