A few new screenshots have surfaced today for World of Final Fantasy that show us a little more of the main characters of Reynn, Lann, Enna as well as some of the familiar monsters from past Final Fantasy games.

Even better is that you can take advantage of the game’s unique stacking mechanic that can be used to increase attack power and HP as well as unlock special abilities. The Mirages that you'll be able to summon are all fairly familiar; Shiva, Ramuh, Ifrit, Cerberus and of course there'll be more in the final build. World of Final Fantasy will also introduce train travel with the Cactuar Conductor as the fast travel mechanic.
World of Final Fantasy is a fresh take on the franchise, combining the classic RPG mechanics introduced with the NES Final Fantasy and combining some interesting and lively and endearing visuals. It's set to come out sometime in 2016 on the PS4 and the PS Vita.
