Destiny 2's new location of Neomuna in the Lightfall expansion features a trio new lost sectors to tackle, including one called Gilded Precept. The entrance to this lost sector is found just outside of the flagship of Calus, and is populated with Shadow Legion Cabal looking to prove their worth in the arena of combat.
If you're planning to solo the Legend difficulty version of this lost sector--1830 power level recommended--so that you can earn an Exotic, it'll have the following modifiers in play:
Locked Equipment, Extra ShieldsBarrier and Unstoppable championsThreat: ArcShields: Solars, VoidModifiers: Scorched Earth (Enemies throw grenades more often)If you're ready to gate-crash these hallowed grounds and accept a challenging encounter against a small army of Cabal who have very itchy trigger-fingers, here's a breakdown on where this lost sector is and what you can expect to find inside of it.
For more Lightfall guides, you can check out where to find the Thrilladome lost sector and where to find the Hydroponics Delta lost sector.
You'll see the lost sector symbol sprayed on the rocks, so head to the geological feature and look down at the small ledge that has a red crate.
Jump down, and you'll see more ledges on the flagship that you can stand on. You'll also see a small opening, which you can enter.
Now that you're inside the flagship, this lost sector is fairly straightforward. The corridors are full of Cabal and don't offer too much protection, so make certain that you have enough resilience for this area which has a recommended power level of 1770. You can expect to run across Shadow Legion Cabal Legionaries, Butchers, Phalanx troopers, and War Beasts in this lost sector.
Work your way through the Shadow Legion forces, and once you're in the second section, keep your eyes open for two glowing Cabal troopers. These units carry a Bloom sphere each, which you'll need to pick up.
Insert the Bloom spheres in the doors at the end of the room.
Now that you're inside, get ready to fight the Centurion ahead…until he's flattened by an even bigger enemy, Valus Tharum, the Overseer.
This fight takes place in a cramped area with minimal cover and lots of enemies, while Tharum stands his ground and fires rounds at you. After you've done enough damage to him, Tharum will jump to higher ground, so chase him down, deal with his allies, and claim the loot in this room as the spoils of war.
