As expected, the PC version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was a retail force to be reckoned with, debuting at number three on this week's PC game sales charts. However, not even the most powerful Jedi could knock The Sims: Makin' Magic off the top, where it has been for the past three weeks. Armed with positive word-of-mouth, Call of Duty also repulsed KOTOR's assault on its second-spot slot.

　　Other new additions this week include the family- and wallet-friendly Backyard Basketball at number 8, the much-anticipated Uru: Ages Beyond Myst at number 9, and the Dungeon Siege: Legends Of Aranna expansion pack at number 10.

　　The rest of the week's chart movement was just a reshuffle of now-regular titles. Perennial favorites Halo, Age of Mythology, and the Sims Double Deluxe each slipped a notch to seventh, sixth, and fourth, respectively. Zoo Tycoon: Complete Collection hopped up two notches to number five.

　　Gone from the chart were Lord of the Rings: Return Of The King (last week's 4th-highest game), Finding Nemo (8th), Civilization III: Conquests (9th), and Final Fantasy XI (10th).
