Sega on Thursday released a new in-engine gameplay video for Total War: Warhammer, giving fans an extended look at the upcoming fantasy strategy game made in partnership with Games Workshop.
Check out the video below, but bear in mind it represents a non-final version of the game. What you're seeing is a developer walkthrough of a section called the The Battle of Black Fire Pass. This is an extended version of the gameplay demo released earlier this month.
The video shows off a battle between Emperor Karl Franz and the Orc horde led by Grimgor Ironhide. It's meant to show off the diversity of units, spells, characters, and environments that players can expect from the full game. It certainly does its job of getting you excited.
Total War Warhammer is in development at The Creative Assembly (Total War: Attila, Alien: Isolation) by way of a partnership with Warhammer license-holder Games Workshop. The game is coming to PC, though a release date has not been announced.
