[UPDATE] The stream has now ended.
The original story is below.
The next Halo 5: Guardians free update, Ghosts of Meridian, is set to launch this week. While you'll have to wait a little while longer to play it, developer 343 Industries will show off its content today during a livestream starting at 3 PM PST. The show can be seen through the Halo Twitch channel below.
The livestream will show off Ghosts of Meridian's new maps, Skirmish at Darkstar (Warzone) and Tyrant (Arena), as well as the new weapons and other Reqs. Similar livestream events for previous Halo 5 DLC releases have ended with a tease for the next one, so you may want to stick around until the end.
Today's Halo 5 Ghosts of Meridian livestream is scheduled to end at around 5 PM PST.
The Ghosts of Meridian Req lineup and some new screenshots have also been released and can be seen in the gallery below.
Ghosts of Meridian is Halo 5's fifth free update following the game's launch in October 2015. The others were The Battle of Shadow and Light (November), Cartographer's Gift (December), Infinity's Armor (January), and Hammer Storm (February). This monthly streak comes to an end with Ghosts of Meridian, as it's coming out in April, missing March.
The next free Halo 5 DLC packs after Ghosts of Meridian are called Memories of Reach and Hog Wild. Additionally, 343 will release a new, Halo 5 version of Firefight sometime in the future.
