Universal Pictures and Blumhouse Productions have set a release date Freaky, a body-swap serial killer comedy starring Kathryn Newton and Vince Vaughn. A new trailer for the horror comedy has arrived, and you can check it out below.
Freaky arrives on November 13, which is a Friday. The film stars Newton as a high schooler who is trying to survive the experience while dealing with the vicious popular crown. However, she becomes the target of the Butcher (Vince Vaughan)--the town's serial murderer--and things change drastically.
Suddenly, the two switch bodies because of a magic dagger and Millie finds herself in the body of the Butcher, while the Butcher is now among a whole new slew of vulnerable bodies to kill. They have 24 hours to reverse the procedure or they'll remain as they are forever.
Freaky is directed by Christopher Landon and co-written alongside Michael Kennedy. It'll be produced by Jason Blum, whose recent horror credits include Halloween and The Invisible Man.
