V Rising Siege Golem Stone - How To Unlock And Use
V Rising Siege Golem Stone - How To Unlock And Use-December 2024
Dec 27, 2024 3:13 PM

If you're playing on a PvP server in V Rising, then chances are that you've experienced a raid in some shape or fashion. Raiding in a multiplayer survival game like V Rising is not a new concept; titles like Rust have had this feature for years. However, the mechanics of a raid change depending on the game. Developers throw in different tools so players can develop strategies of how to raid another player's base. In V Rising, there are a plethora of tools that players have at their disposal. One of the more confusing ones, though, is the Siege Golem Stone.

The Siege Golem Stone is something that players won't have access to for quite a long time in V Rising. It's only unlocked after defeating a late-game boss, Terah the Geomancer. Once players manage to get to this point of the game, they'll have access to a truly unique raiding item. We explain how to acquire its recipe and how to use it in the guide below.

The Siege Golem Stone

As previously stated, you can only unlock the ability to craft a Siege Golem Stone after defeating Terah the Geomancer. This boss has a recommended level of 48, so it will take several hours for you to rise up the ranks to fight her. You can find Terah the Geomancer in the northwest part of Dunley Farmlands at a point of interest called Bedrock Pass. She's a fairly difficult fight, so it's best to come prepared with every combat tool, like explosives, available to you.

Once Terah has been slain, you'll unlock the crafting recipe for the Siege Golem Stone. You need a Gem Cutting Table in your castle and the following materials to craft one Siege Golem Stone:

12 Greater Blood Essence 16 Scourgestone 200 Gem Dust 200 Stone Bricks The in-game description for this item is as follows: "Place the Siege Stone in an uncontested location. It takes up to 150s for the stone to activate. When activated, you can interact with it to transform into a Siege Golem for up to 300s, allowing you to break into stone structures."

That description can be somewhat confusing, so let us explain. When you craft a Siege Golem Stone, you can place it on the ground in a location that's not being occupied by an enemy player. Once placed, it takes 150 seconds for the item to activate. When this happens, you can interact with it to turn into a Siege Golem. As a Siege Golem, you gain a few different abilities for a total of 300 seconds (five minutes). You have a basic attack, a ground slam that deals AoE damage, and a swinging attack that deals damage to all players in front of you.

The main reason why you want to use a Siege Golem Stone is that it can use its attacks to break through the stone walls of an enemy's castle. Other raid items, such as explosives, take much longer to destroy stone walls. With the Siege Golem, it only takes one or two hits. However, the issue with the Siege Golem is that when you activate it, the entire server will be notified that you've done so and they'll be given your location on the map. So you want to ensure that you raid the castle quickly or else you might have an entire server after you.
