989 Studios announced on Monday that Twisted Metal 4 for the Sony PlayStation will release nationwide on Tuesday, Nov. 15. The latest installment in the Twisted Metal series adds new characters, cars, and battlegrounds. Additionally, 989 states that Rob Zombie and Cypress Hill have provided musical tracks for the title.
"The Twisted Metal franchise created the car combat genre on the PlayStation," said Jeffrey Fox, vice president of marketing for 989 Studios. "Twisted Metal 4 is an explosive addition to the impressive Twisted Metal franchise, with all-new twisted characters, expansive multilevel game environments, revamped and greatly enhanced graphics, and advanced gameplay features."
