With just over a week to go until launch, following numerous delays, Sony has released the launch trailer for Naughty Dog's The Last of Us Part II. Just don't expect any new footage from it.

　　The extremely brief trailer drives home Ellie's desire for revenge against a group of people, which has been described as a story of anger by game director Neil Druckmann. Troy Baker, who voices Joel Miller, has said the story is likely to be divisive, and a recent leak of the overall plot has made it difficult to avoid spoilers online. 　　The Last of Us Part II is Naughty Dog's third game developed for PS4, with Neil Druckmann, who also acts as Naughty Dog's vice president, saying he's unsure what the studio will work on next. Currently the director is undecided over another sequel for The Last of Us, or a new IP entirely. Druckmann also provided some comments around crunching, and how Naughty Dog handles it as a studio.

　　Sony has also launched a new podcast series for The Last of Us, with eight weekly episodes delving deep into the themes of the first game before shipping focus to the sequel after launch. The first episode is out now, and available on most popular podcast services.

　　The Last of Us Part II launches on June 19 for PS4. It's followed by two other PS4 exclusives in July, with Iron Man VR launching on July 3 for PSVR and Sucker Punch's Ghost of Tsushima arriving on July 17.
