The Expanse: A Telltale Series is a new episodic adventure series from a reformed version of Telltale Games and Deck Nine (the team behind Life is Strange: Before the Storm and True Colors). Like the Telltale series of old this one largely focuses on story, player choice, and quick-time action scenes, but it also features an array of collectibles and even sidequests. Most of the collectibles can be found if you just take some time to search all the areas the main story forces you to pass through, but sidequests may require you to dig a little deeper or venture off the beaten path.

　　One of the sidequests in The Expanse: Episode 2 tasks you with giving some scotch to the mutinous Cox, who’s stewing down in the brig (needless to say, none of this applies if you decided to jettison him into space in Episode 1). Finding the scotch isn’t too hard, but there’s at least one tricky step you might overlook, so here’s how to make sure you don’t miss it…

　　Step 1 – While exploring the Ship Graveyard, you’ll have to pass through a cafeteria-like area. Look in one corner near some broken glass cabinets. You’ll find a bottle of Glen Eyre scotch there. This bottle is empty, but you need to talk to Cox about it, or the later part of this quest won’t be unlocked.Step 2 – After you’ve completed the Ship Graveyard area and are back on your own ship, head to Cox’s office. In the cabinet behind his desk, you’ll find a bottle of scotch in there.Step 3 – Finally, bring the bottle to Cox, whose cell is next to the Storage Bay on the bottom level of the ship.So, what does completing this side quest get you? You’ll alter your relationship with Cox, which could have long-lasting effects in future episodes. You’ll also unlock the “Bottoms Up!” achievement/trophy.
