Social Share: PCBrown Spotted in Japan, New GTA Petition Plan, and first impressions of Little Mac-October 2024

Welcome to the Social Share! I’m sure you’ve seen this GameSpot blog before, but if you haven’t here is a quick overview. Every Thursday we share with you want our editors and staff members are buzzing about on their Twitter feeds. Even though we try our best to focus on GameSpotters, today the first tweet featured is from someone pretty cool.

A staff member did not actually post the first tweet, but we still wanted to share it. Hideo Kojima, Metal Gear Solid creator, posted this. During a press event, he tweeted a picture and in this picture was none other than our very own Peter Brown! Shaun was actually the one who pointed it out. It is always great to see our editors in the wild.

Chris Watters

Even though the petition to bring GTA V to PC has over 650,000 signatures, Chris is trying to start a new one. He would like to have the "go ragdoll" button from single player to GTA Online. Would you sign his petition?

Carolyn Petit

Our review process doesn’t just involve just a reviewer; it also includes a video producer. It’s the video producers job to convey the reviewers tone into video and Carolyn believes Robert did an awesome job with her Outlast Review. Check it out for yourself, and let Robert know in the comments if you were on the edge of your seat.

Shaun McInnis

New to the roster of awesome things that Valve does, they updated their games features to include a new method of tagging games to assist with browsing the steam store. Now of course there’s already been a few trollish attempts (like "༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ") but of course Shaun has his own ideas for tags.

Maxwell McGee

Today there was a Nintendo Direct press conference where they did what they usually do. They announced a few games, shared a few release dates, and teased Bayonetta 2 some more. They also mentioned one of the new character additions to Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U and 3DS, Little Mac. Though it sounds like Maxwell has a few questions for the pint sized pummeler.
