Sega today announced that two games, Super Monkey Ball Deluxe and Worms Forts: Under Siege!, have shipped and are now available for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox.
The Super Monkey Ball franchise, which made its first two console appearances on Nintendo's GameCube, makes its debut on the Xbox and PS2. Titled Super Monkey Ball Deluxe, this latest game in the simian series compiles the 250-plus levels from the first two games and adds 46 all-new boards to roll monkeys around. Deluxe also includes all the wacky minigames from the previous two, and all 12 are available from the outset.
Super Monkey Ball Deluxe is rated E for Everyone and sells for $29.95. To see what makes these apes so popular, read GameSpot's full review.
Worms Forts: Under Siege! was developed by Team 17, the same group that developed the PC version that was released late last year. This latest game in the long-squirming franchise lets the annelids build edifices as well as blow each other to bits with a variety of weapons.
Worms Forts: Under Siege! is rated T for Teen and has an SRP of $19.95. To dig up more information on the game, check out GameSpot's previous coverage.
