Ubi Soft is calling all Rayman fans to San Francisco on Sunday, October 24, to help usher in the upcoming release of its new Nintendo 64 adventure, Rayman 2: The Great Escape. The Rayman Run will gather kids under the age of 18 together with Olympic stars and former Baywatch megababe Yasmine Bleeth for a run that will benefit Prevent Child Abuse, California. Runners and other attendees will be provided with food, live music, and festivities for kids - and the first 1000 registered kids will walk away with a free Rayman T-shirt.
The Rayman Pavilion will be set up near City Hall Plaza. Gamers will be able to try out Rayman 2 before it hits store shelves.
More information about the event can be found on the official Rayman's Run site. We may even have to head on down to meet Yasmine....
