"We're currently seeing issues with matchmaking times and disconnection on all platforms," the developer said in the game's forums. "As such, we're postponing the open beta until a later time and keeping the game under closed beta status. We apologize for the delay and can assure you this is our top priority. We will keep everyone updated regularly as we continue to deploy improvements."

We'll update this story as new information becomes available.

The Siege open beta comes with quite a bit of content, including 14 operators, three maps, and three game modes. Check out the image below for a full rundown of what to expect.

The Siege beta is scheduled to end on November 29, but it's unclear if that's still the case considering it did not launch on time. The previous Siege closed beta also encountered some issues and Ubisoft extended its duration to make up for them.

The full version of Siege arrives next Tuesday, December 1 across all three platform behind major sales expectations.
