Giving Activision and id a run for their money, the South American country of Colombia reacted to the release of Quake II (the computer game) with the following event - as reported today by Reuters:
"Bogota, Colombia - An earthquake hit Colombia's central coffee-growing region early Thursday, causing panic as it jolted people out of their sleep but with no apparent injuries or serious damage."
One good quake deserves another, eh?
