Sony's vice president of third party relations and R&D, Phil Harrison, will be showing off a PlayStation 2 prototype during his Game Developer Conference keynote on Thursday, March 18. The conference will undoubtedly send programmers, toolmakers, artists, and news folk to pack the hall in San Jose. Harrison's speech will provide attendees with an overview and technical specs for the upcoming console.
