Throughout this morning, Phil Spencer, head of Xbox, participated in a round of questions and answers through Twitter. Through the social network, Spencer answered several questions from fans of Xbox, who of course are interested in learning more about Microsoft's plans for its new console of Xbox One X.

　　For starters, the executive said that there will be no problem with the pre-orders of the system, as Microsoft is currently working on the issue.

　　He also explained that before the end of the Summer season we will know more about the games that will receive updates for Xbox One X support. Spencer said he is aware that players want to see the differences between running the titles on this console and the regular version of Xbox One. The executive said they will exploit this point in their advertising campaigns, to help people take a wise decision.

　　As for the backward compatibility with the original Xbox games, Spencer clarified that Xbox One will run those with the primary code, so each title will support exactly the same compatible features that had in the first console of the company. So many games will not have support for widescreen. On the achievements, the manager stressed that they will not be present, as that would involve patching each game.

　　Last but not least, Spencer said that because of a family commitment, he will not be able to be present at Gamescom. Due to this, Microsoft will soon detail its plans for this event to be held in Cologne, Germany, on August 22.

　　In related news, Spencer is convinced that the Xbox brand is already iconic in console gaming. According to forecasts by an analyst firm, the Xbox One family of devices will sell 63 million units by the end of 2021.
