In a salute to Goldfinger, Eidos will paint Lara Weller, the real-life model who portrays the buxom Lara Craft, with platinum paint. The publicity stunt will be webcast over the Internet to salute Tomb Raider III sales reaching platinum status in the US.
The webcast will take place live this Thursday, February 3, at 4am PST on the web site linked to the right. Lara Weller has appeared as Lara Croft at numerous events and ad spots, including a national GameSpot television commercial.
