OnLive is a cloud gaming service, so you never have to worry about hardware requirements or compatibility because the games are all running on OnLive's own hardware--all you need is a decent Internet connection. It all sounds like some crazy magic act, no doubt only made possible thanks to fairies, unicorns, and Internet wizards.
You can try it out for yourself by simply visiting one of our gamespaces that has an OnLive demo, like Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine and Dirt 3. All you need to do is head over to the OnLive website, download the small client for PC or Mac, register for your free account, and click "Play It Now." A few moments later, you'll be mowing down an army of Orcs or hooning at ridiculous speeds around a Finnish race track. Each OnLive demo is 30 minutes long, so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the game, and even better, it's completely free. Give it a try and let us know what you think in the comments below.
If you want to check out some other games with OnLive demos, here's just a small sampling:
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine DiRT 3 Red Faction: Armageddon
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction
Just Cause 2
Borderlands
