UK-based Fire International has today announced that it will no longer release online game cheat codes for its Xploder-branded cheat systems. The company, which also manufactures the popular GameShark cheat systems for Mad Catz, felt that some of its cheats for games such as SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs were ruining the experience for other online players.
"We feel that the game enhancements we create are generally used to help individual users complete or get the most out of their games," said Jason Cooper, managing director of Fire International. "We want to protect the integrity of online gaming for all who want to play in this environment cheat-free."
