Those who have thus far doubted the existence of Banjo-Tooie (even though Rare's confirmed it, and it's hinted at in the original's ending) now have a big confirmation from the big "N" itself. In a very smart move, Nintendo has already registered the Internet domain for the sequel to Banjo-Kazooie. There's nothing on banjo-tooie.com yet, but come next year there will be.
Unfortunately, as registering domain names becomes easier, third parties can register a domain for a company trademark and then attempt to "sell" it back to the rights holder for a sizable fee.
Or, better yet, they can put up sites that have little/nothing to do with games on video gaming-related URLs. Some of these sites are easy enough to stumble upon and contain rather "adult" images. And no, if you e-mail us, we're not going to tell you what they are.
