Thanks to Epic's Unreal Engine 4, many indie projects are coming to life packed with stunning visuals. The brand new The Solus Project trailer is an example of this, showing eight minutes of uninterrupted gameplay with dynamic weather, survival elements and puzzles.
The Solus Project is a first person, single player only survival game. Here's the official description:
THE SOLUS PROJECT strands you on an alien planet, and challenges you to get to grips with the harsh environment as you struggle to find a way to send a signal home, and save the human race in the process.
Earth is on the brink of destruction and you are sent to explore a distant planet. After years of space travel you arrive but experience a catastrophic landing.
