New screenshots of Strike Force have been released this weekend. The game is a multiplayer total conversion of Unreal Tournament that features realistic environments and actual weapons like the H&K MP5, Sig Commando, and TEC-9. Astute gamers will be quick to liken this project to the increasingly popular Counter Strike mod for Half-Life.
Currently, Mike Hamlett, the game's producer and team coordinator, has given no release date for the final version of this conversion. A beta is expected to release to the public for free by the end of the month, however. A retail copy of Unreal Tournament will be needed to play Strike Force.
