CDV Software today released a new group of screenshots from its upcoming apocalyptic first-person shooter, Psychotoxic. The new screens show off some of the detailed environments that will appear in the game.
Psychotoxic is set in the near future in New York City during the biblical apocalypse. Players will assume the role of Angie Prophet, a human woman that discovers her true identity--an angel created thousands of years ago to save the human race. The game spans 15 realistic levels, as well as seven fantastic levels set inside the character's imagination.
Psychotoxic is in development at NuClearVision, and it is scheduled for release in early 2003. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
