Midway announced Wednesday that it has shipped the update to Wayne Gretzky 3D Hockey, titled (appropriately), Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey '98. The game features NHLPA and NHL licenses and boasts all the teams, logos, uniforms, player names, likenesses, plus updated team and player information including all recent off-season moves, giving it the true Hockey feel.
It features from three-on-three to five-on-five gameplay on arcade-size or regulation rinks, plus a full 82-game season and best-of-seven playoff games.
The game should be available now at your local video game retailer.
