RayLogic sent us a new group of images from its upcoming space sim, Dark Ore. The new images display both interior and exterior views of a space station. Dark Ore will combine elements of space-combat action and base-building strategy. Players must oversee the construction and management of a small mining station in deep space. Through the course of the game, players must mine various minerals from surrounding asteroids while defending their stations from rivals. With the proceeds from their mining operations, players will be able to upgrade their stations with new features such as docking stations, generators, and weapon systems. Players will also be able to hire mercenaries to attack their competitors.
