Electronic Arts' latest basketball game, NBA Live 2001, is complete and will soon ship to stores. The game is the seventh in the NBA Live series, and it features several improvements over the previous games, including more-detailed player models, new animations, and coaches on the benches. In addition, the franchise mode has been improved. Players will assume the role of a general manager and get scouting advice, choose draft picks, and make trades with other teams.
NBA Live 2001 is scheduled for release on February 13 for an approximate retail price of $39.99. We'll have a full review of the game later this month.
