Namco has announced that its latest arcade to home port will be Mr. Driller for the Sony PlayStation. The puzzle game lets you control a character by the name of Mr. Driller as he drills through myriad worlds buried under colored blocks. "Don't say anything about this game until you try it," said Mike Fischer, director of marketing at Namco. "Mr. Driller is a very weird, quirky character. But it has a wonderful appeal that is difficult to explain."
Mr. Driller is being slated for a US PlayStation release in May. A Dreamcast port of the game is also rumored to be in the works.
