The former managing director of Acclaim, Tony Adams, has been named the new VP of MathEngine's games division as of late Tuesday afternoon. The England-based software developer will use Adam's 20-plus years of experience in the industry to better leverage MathEngine's discussions with potential developers and publishers.
"Tony's wealth of pertinent knowledge and host of key contacts in the field help to enhance MathEngine's position in the industry," said MathEngine CEO Alan Milosevic. "Tony has an impressive record in implementing strategic plays in the console and computer games market."
MathEngine develops software that assists in the implementation of complex artificial intelligence and physics algorithms for use in today's games. The company was recently named as part of Sony's PlayStation2 middleware developer program.
