Lost Ark has reached its first anniversary since its explosive release, and Amazon Games aims to celebrate the occasion with a bunch of new and exciting events alongside some Twitch Drops and other surprises. This will all come with a February update which will be packed with valuable rewards and special events.
Before we talk about the upcoming celebration, here are a few interesting tidbits of data laid by Amazon Games as they reviewed the highlights of the year Lost Ark has been live.
So, let's talk about the event. Lost Ark's birthday will come with a themed event that's separated into two parts. The developers of the game hid some birthday cards around Arkesia, some of which can be found in a new Hot Spring team-based event. Additionally, this update will bring two monthly log-in reward tracks full of birthday gifts, such as a Mirror Ball Bubble Mount.
A Special Fever-Time Event will also run in Lost Ark from February 8-21. This event will bring six rewards available to claim so players can receive special food items, Pheons, card packs, and more. Additionally, members of the Lost Ark Creator Program will be able to partake in the celebration by enabling a new Twitch Drop, which contains a Traditional Punikan Clothing Selection Chest, the 1st Anniversary Headband Selection Chest, along with 1,000 Amethyst Shards.
If you want to claim your Twitch Drops, you will have to accumulate 4 hours of watch time during Lost Ark streams to claim the first part of the Twitch Drop. The second part of the Twitch drop will be earned by watching an additional 4 hours. The Twitch drop event will end on February 27, 2023. Additionally, the developers will also stop by some Twitch streams and sub-gifting 50 streamers from February 8 to 18.
Lost Ark is currently available as a free-to-play game on Steam. The game was also included in our Best Multiplayer Games of 2022 list.
