Malaysian and Singaporean fans of the ongoing real-time strategy game League of Legends will get to witness tournament-level play at the end of the month. The final two teams of the League of Legends Season One Qualifiers will face off at the Alienware Launch in Suntec City, Singapore, on April 30.
The winner of the qualifiers will win a fully sponsored trip to Jonkoping, Sweden, to attend DreamHack Summer 2011 and compete in the event's Season One Grand Finals. The winner will also get a cash prize of S$2,000 ($1,592).
The League of Legends Season One tournament has been running since April 4 and is hosted by the game's Southeast Asia publisher, Garena. The tournament is using the Singaporean and Malaysian servers. DreamHack Summer 2011 will be held from June 18 to 21.
