The Samsung Economic Research Institute is forecasting that revenues driven by online games will nearly double from 39.5 billion won ($38 million) this year to 77.4 billion won ($74.6 million) in 2007. The group estimates that revenues will eventually rise to 120.7 billion won ($116.2 million) by 2010. The research group cites corporate sponsorship as fueling growth in the online sector.
