In a post on the game's Steam page, an Avalanche representative shared a few more details about Just Cause 3's "Sky Fortress" expansion, which is "nearing competition."
It "will bring new missions, features, and other exciting surprises to the skies of Medici," Avalanche said. "We're play-testing this content right now so watch this space for more news on this very soon."
Sky Fortress is the first of three expansions coming to Just Cause 3 through the Air, Land, and Sea expansion pass. The other two have not been named or detailed at all yet.
Avalanche has also confirmed that some Just Cause 3 weapons and vehicles that were offered as preorder incentives are now available for everyone else to buy across Steam, PlayStation Network, and Xbox Live. These include the Weaponized Vehicle Pack ($4) and Explosive Weapon Pack ($4), among others.
Finally, Avalanche said it's currently working on new optimizations, bug fixes, and performance enhancement and improvements for Just Cause 3.
"We'll continue to roll these out as soon as they're ready, with the next patch expected later in the month," it said. "We're doing everything we can to get to the bottom of all the issues that are reported to us."
