Who was the best Bond? The verdict is clear: Sean Connery is the man, Pierce Brosnan is a close second, and George Lazenby is the pits. Did you expect anything else?

　　What was perhaps unexpected was the defense of Timothy Dalton. In the words of one reader, "He was Ian Fleming's Bond - dark, inscrutable, and suffering." A surprising number of you agreed. But Connery was the eternal favorite, with Brosnan close behind. And some of you - well, less than 10 percent - liked Roger Moore.
