InterAct announced today that it has dominated third-party product sales for the PlayStation 2 since the console's launch. InterAct has outsold its closest competitors by a more than six-to-one ratio while capturing a 37.5 percent unit share and a 22.5 percent dollar share. Five of InterAct's 13 available items are currently listed among the top-ten selling PlayStation 2 accessories.
"This is great news considering we have yet to release our GameShark and memory cards for the PS2," stated Todd Hays, president and founder of InterAct. "I am anxious to see how that gap continues to widen between InterAct and the rest of the pack when those products are released in December."
