Infogrames announced on Thursday that Antz for the Game Boy Color will release in the US this fall. The game is being developed and produced by CLCE and Light and Shadow Productions and will be released in conjunction with Dreamworks Interactive.
"Antz allows kids to jump into the action and act out one of last year's movie blockbuster hits," said Bonnie Scott, product marketing manager for Infogrames. "We are very excited to be working with DreamWorks. Through this title, kids can explore life through a bug's eyes and get involved in a game that has all the charm and humor of the movie."
The movie-based title will let players make their way through 19 stages filled with such hazards as acidic termites, gum-soled shoes, and out-of-control water droplets.
