GameSpot has learned that The 3DO Company plans to release a Game Boy Advance version of its upcoming baseball game High Heat Baseball 2002. Naturally, the game will include licensed players, teams, and ballparks and will share many of its features with the GBC version of the game. Unfortunately, at this stage, The 3DO Company does not plan to include two-player support via the GBA link cable. So, like the GBC version, it will be a strictly single-player experience. A specific release date has not been confirmed at this time, but the game should be ready for release by this summer.
Versions of High Heat Baseball 2002 are also being developed for the Sony PlayStation 2, the Sony PlayStation, and the PC platforms.
