Hearthstone has launched its Saviors of Uldum expansion, and issued a speedy balance patch, but its accompanying Solo Adventures content is still incoming. Blizzard has now announced a release date for the upcoming "Tombs of Terror" missions, along with lots of details about how this new set of missions is unlike any previous ones. The missions will begin on September 17.
As with the Dalaran Heist missions from Rise of Shadows, you'll take on a series of encounters in the style of a dungeon run, building your deck and collecting powerful artifacts along the way. This time, though, you'll be playing as the League of Explorers themselves, and each of them is a dual-class hero. The pairing of classes will open up new combo possibilities. Each hero will be tied to a particular chapter over the progressive release, and the heroes will be taking on "Plague Lord" bosses with huge health totals.

This is the second of three expansions in a planned year-long story for Hearthstone. This second chapter, Saviors of Uldum, sees the entrance of the League of Explorers to take on the villains.
