Gravity Rush pulls toward February in Japan-October 2024
Oct 21, 2024 3:47 AM

Siren and former Silent Hill director Keiichiro Toyama has been busy as of late developing the upcoming adventure title Gravity Rush (or Gravity Daze in Japan) for the portable PlayStation Vita console. Gamers can now set a date aside for the game, as it was recently announced that it will be out for the upcoming console on February 9 in Japan.

Gamers can start twisting gravity next February. According to the game's website, the Vita title will sell for 5,980 yen ($77.76) on retail shelves and 4,900 yen ($63.71) for download from the PlayStation Network store. Japanese gamers who pick up a physical copy will also get a bonus booklet that features the game's concept art and a mini comic book.

Gravity Rush is about a girl named Katt who can manipulate the gravity field around her area for reasons found through the storyline set in the town of Hexaville. The game itself showcases the Vita's control scheme, which includes touch-screen options and gyrometer manipulation. A North American and European release date has yet to be confirmed.
