Adam Orth, co-founder of Three One Zero, the development team behind ADR1FT, has recently announced via Twitter that ADR1FT will be launching on the PC in Q1 2016, a launch title for the Oculus Rift, with a simultaneous Playstation 4 and Xbox One launch to follow. Adam has released some amazing new gameplay footage of what is described as "The ultimate immersive VR experience and the potential is limitless".
We’ve been lucky in that the challenges have really only been technical, which are always solvable somehow. Our game is uniquely suited for VR due to the fantasy, setting and movement style. It’s the ultimate immersive VR experience and the potential is limitless.
You can view the beautiful new footage below.
“I’m very happy to be partnering with 505 Games for ADR1FT” said Orth.
“From the very beginning, Ian Howe and his team have passionately understood thegame Omar and I are trying to make. They have empowered us with the freedom to explore and create something special with ADR1FT, both traditionally and with VR technology. It’s clear from games like Payday 2, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and some of their upcoming titles that 505 is not afraid to take chances and give gamers something fresh and new. That’s important to us. That’s what we’re all about. We’re excited to be part of that.”
